Meet the Team

Connie Wolf

Opening the doors in 2007, Connie Wolf started Accountable Bookkeeping with the vision of simply helping small business owners understand the basics of accounting, payroll and office organization. Graduating from Millersville University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in accounting. Having previously worked for a local CPA firm for nine years, all her work experience during the past 30 years has been in bookkeeping, payroll, accounting and taxes. Connie is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and is a member of the local and national chapter of the American Payroll Association. She is also a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.

When not working on the business, Connie enjoys spending time with her family, especially her four grandchildren.

Michelle Stauffer

Michelle has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from Millersville University. She has 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and in small business ownership. She has recently joined the Accountable Bookkeeping team and enjoys developing the marketing strategy as well as aiding the team so they can focus on the numbers.

Outside of work, you will find Michelle reading, making lattes for her friends, and spending time with her husband.

Tina Barley

Tina comes to us with close to 25 years of bookkeeping experience including payroll. She holds an Associate's Degree in Computerized Accounting Management. Tina was born and raised in Lancaster County and has worked with numerous small, family-owned businesses in the past. She enjoys all areas of bookkeeping but has a special place for payroll and really enjoys preparing quarterly payroll returns.

Tina has been married for over 20 years, her and her husband Jay have a son, Colton and 2 dogs, Jackson and Max. Outside of work she enjoys watching her son play football, run track and seeing him learn to fly airplanes. Her family enjoys attending Penn State football games and attending airshows. In her spare time you will find her with her Kindle enjoying a good book.

Scott Wenger

Scott has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance in a diverse variety of companies and industries. He enjoys being a part helping a company succeed and grow.

Scott enjoys visiting his two grown sons and daughter who live in Florida, serving on Mission trips (predominantly in Africa), and continuing to learn about blockchain technology.

Cindy Bovich

Cindy has 30+ years of bookkeeping experience, mainly in payroll processing and tax returns. She has previously worked for a large construction company in New York City area. Her goal is to be a valuable part of the Accountable Bookkeeping team.

Her and her husband moved to Lancaster County from Long Island in 2015. When not working, she enjoys camping with her children and grandchildren especially at the beach or in the mountains. She also loves to read, garden and volunteer in her church.

MaryEllen Sickler

Desktop Bookkeeping

MaryEllen graduated from Mount Saint Mary College where she earned a degree in Accounting. She started her accounting career in 1989 until 2001 while she lived in New Jersey. She was a full-time mom until 2013, before returning to her accounting career

She and her family moved back to Lancaster County in July 2024 and shortly after, joined the Accountable Bookkeeping team where she is an expert in all things bookkeeping.
